We have a wide range of bucket elevators that are available with various bucket sizes, shapes and in material to cater to individual requirement. The buckets are mounted on either belt or chai to allow free flow of material at loading and discharge points. Most elevators are enclosed except of inclined ones to control dust and drop buckets in case of belt or chain faliure. A hold-back device is pro vided to prevent the reversal of the bucket line in case of power interruption. Take up arrangement is provided at the foot shaft. Selection of bucket elevators and its components such as bucket, belt or chain is of prime importance and depends capacity and the physical and chemical properties of the material to be conveyed. |

| A belt conveyor consist of two or more pulley with continous loop of material. One or both are powered,moving belt and the material on the belt forword. The powered pulley is called drive pulley and unpowered pulley called idlers. belt conveyors are employed for conveying various bulk and unit loads along horizontal or slightly inclined path and for transporting articles between various operations in production flow lines. They have found wide application in all branches of industry and are means of machanical transport in foundry shops,in fuel supply system of electrical power stations,for ground and surface transport of coal and gangue in coal industry,for delivery of ores, coke and fluxes in metal making industries.
